基于文献计量学方法,借助CiteSpace软件,对Web of Science核心合集中收录的763篇过度教育研究文献进行分析发现:过度教育研究以欧美发达国家为主,美英等国的研究成果在全球有较大的影响力;核心研究人员和研究机构主要分布在欧美地区,形成了一个以迪特尔?维尔斯特(Dieter Verhaest)为核心的研究团队和一个以德国劳动经济研究所为中心的大型机构合作网络;研究热点主要集中于过度教育的发生率及其影响因素、过度教育对个体的影响,以及“特殊群体”的过度教育三个方面;研究前沿包括教育不匹配、工资惩罚、工作满意度、技能不匹配、资质过度、职业教育等;《过度教育和收入:我们在哪里,我们应该去哪里?》《劳动力市场的过度教育》等论文和著作构成了该领域的知识基础。
Abstract:
Based on bibliometric analysis, this paper uses CiteSpace to study 763 research documents on overeducation included in the core collection of Web of Science and finds that overeducation research is dominated by the developed countries in Europe and America, and the research results of the United States and the Great Britain have a greater influence in the world. The core researchers and research institutions are mainly distributed in Europe and America, forming a research team with Dieter Verhaest as the core and a large-scale institutional cooperation network centered on IZA (Institute of Labor Economics). Relevant research mainly focuses on the incidence of overeducation and its influencing factors, the impact of overeducation on individuals, and the overeducation of “special groups”. Research frontiers include educational mismatch, wage penalty, job satisfaction, skill mismatch, over-qualification, vocational education, etc. Several books and journal articles such as “Overeducation and earnings: where are we and where should we go?” and “Overeducation in the labor market” constitute the knowledge base of the field.
